Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of dispatch for UK orders and 45 days for international orders.
All garments must be returned unworn with tags attached.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours, via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Gift Cards can not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that any faulty item will only be accepted within 6 months from the date of purchase.
During busy periods it may take longer than usual for us to process your refund.

When you purchase Unlimited Delivery from CurvyKate.com your subscription is valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase.
You must have a registered Curvy Kate customer account and be logged in to your account in order to use Unlimited Delivery.
At present Unlimited Delivery is only available to customers residing in the United Kingdom.
There is no limit on how many times you can use your Unlimited Delivery over the 12 month subscription period.
At the end of your 12 month subscription period, the subscription will end and you will need to either renew your subscription or pay for delivery services you choose when checking out with us.
You can cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of ordering by contacting customer services. A full refund will given if you have not made any eligible purchases using Unlimited Delivery. Once an eligible purchase has been made you can still cancel your subscription but we will be unable to refund you.
You cannot transfer or exchange the subscription to Unlimited Delivery for any other purpose, amount, gift, items, vouchers or other form of compensation.
Next Day Delivery service and Saturday Delivery service are excluded from Curvy Kate Unlimited Delivery service.
Curvy Kate reserves the right to alter the delivery service valid in this promotion at any time. In this instance you will be offered the delivery service available at the time your order is placed.
Curvy Kate reserves the right to accept or refuse subscription and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion. We will notify you of any significant changes to our terms and conditions.
We may decide to terminate your Curvy Kate Unlimited Delivery account. In the unlikely event of this happening, you would be given a prorated refund based on the number of whole months remaining on your membership.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure our stated delivery timescales are met wherever possible, there may be occasions where our delivery service providers are unable to do so by reason of circumstances beyond their control, including without limitation extreme weather conditions, adverse traffic conditions, failure of vehicles, inability to access your property. By purchasing this subscription, you agree that we will not be liable where delivery is not received on the date you expected where the delay was due to an Event Beyond Reasonable Control.
